No refunds 15 days or less before an event. 16+days in advance of event will receive 50% refund.
Food Trucks and Food Vendors
I agree to follow all market rules and I understand that this application relates only to the products and equipment listed herein and that any further products or equipment will require market master approval. I certify that the above are produced in accordance with all county, state and federal laws. Each food vendor is responsible for securing his/her own food licenses.
Amplifier Rules for Street Performers
Amplification approval is subject to the following regulations:
Only battery-operated amplifiers are permitted
Street Performers using amplification must abide by broadcast regulations for the local township and county to ensure they do not create a nuisance.
Trash Removal Policy
Street Performers and Food Trucks are required to haul away their trash at the end of their activity or day. Your space should be clean when you depart or close up for that day. There are large trash bins located through out the property.
Age 17 and younger for Street Performing?
If you are younger than 18, the permit should be filled out by a parent or guardian in their name. When you perform, you will need to have a guardian or parent present during the time you perform.
For All Other Applicants
I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holland Town Center, LLC and Macatawa Marketplace/Ruth Doane from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action which are in any way connected with my participation in this activity, or my use of their equipment or facilities, arising from negligence. This release does not apply to claims arising from intentional conduct. Should Releases or anyone acting on their behalf be required to incur attorney’s fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless for all such fees and costs.
